About the workshop facilitators

Long Li Yann

As a kid, Li Yann would spend hours and hours reading. It was of no surprise to anyone that she eventually chose to pursue a career in the media industry. She started out as a journalist, before moving into photo sub-editing with a news wire, and then landing at a creative agency handling its regional corporate communications. She then made the transition into education, and has since spent more than 10 happy years marrying her love for all things communications, and crafting and delivering curriculum.

Tan Yi Lin

Yi Lin has more than 15 years of experience in writing blogs, websites and articles on places, travel, music, and marriage and parenthood. She volunteers her skills in making videos with Families for Life to inspire parents with ideas on bonding with their children. In her free time, Yi Lin writes children’s books, teaches her children to blog, and runs workshops to share her skills and experience in creative writing with others.
