An all-inclusive with high participation programme, designed to teach children the fundamentals of sports!
In this fitness programme, children will develop and enhance the following skills:
-Running
-Jumping
-Catching
-Throwing
-Kicking
These are fundamental movement skills, which form an important part of child’s development and enables them to develop the specific skills required for sports, games and recreation.
Skills will be taught and honed through games, as children love to play games and learn best while doing so, often without even realising that they are practising certain skills.
Let’s work on improving the children’s self-esteem, confidence, concentration and positive well-being; teach them social development skills like cooperation, communication, fair play and interaction and prepare them for a healthy, active life!

Recommended for 3 & 4 yr olds

Sports Kids – Fitness Fun Programme
Introducing a programme that aims to help children develop an active and positive lifestyle to benefit them through their lives.
This fitness programme, designed for preschoolers, is fun, action-packed and helps them develop:
-Endurance
-Stamina
-Strength
-Flexibility
-Speed
-Coordination
-Agility
-Balance
Beyond that, the increased participation in physical activity can enhance their cognitive function, memory, concentration, behaviour and academic success.
