Terms & Conditions

(for Enrichment programmes)
  1. All fees must be paid before the commencement of the programme.
  2. If fees are not paid by the commencement date, MPA reserves the right to refuse admission to class.
  3. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. A one-time registration fee of $30 is payable for each subject a student enrols in, at MPA. Students who withdraw from the programme and re-join will be subjected to a new registration fee. Registration fee must be paid in full on enrolment.
  5. Term fees will only be pro-rated if a student enrols after the scheduled start date of the programme for the first term. If there are only 4 or less lessons remaining for the current term of the programme, the fee for the following term will also be payable upon enrolment.
  6. Payment of fees can be done by PayNow, and Internet bank transfers. For all payments, please include your child’s name and inform us via WhatsApp / SMS / Email. A receipt will be issued upon verification of payment. MPA does not accept cheques, NETS or credit card payments. All payments received will be issued with an official receipt.
  1. There will be no make-up lessons for any lessons missed. 
  2. Only for Sound it Out, Act it Out, if your child is unable to attend a class, the teachers will create an activity kit with instructions. These activities will be in line with what was covered in the class that was missed. This activity kit will be given to your child the following lesson. 
  3. No rebates/refunds/credits will be given for missed lessons.
  4. Payment for a full term remains applicable even if your child misses any class.
  5. The centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any point during the term due to unforeseen circumstances. Classes that are rescheduled by the centre will be replaced with another class at a later date. If a class falls on a stipulated public holiday, lessons will resume the following week, unless notified otherwise.
  6. All lessons scheduled in the term will be completed.
  7. Should students wish to withdraw after the first lesson, the fee for the class will  be based on a pro-rated fee. There are no adhoc sessions for enrichment programmes, unless indicated otherwise. 
  8. If you wish to withdraw your child from the programme, a notice in writing must be sent to MPA via Whatsapp (8031 2371) or email ( so that we can offer your child’s place to the next on the waiting list. No refunds will be made if the programme fee has been paid for the full term.
  9. Term classes will stop during the MPA school holiday term breaks (June and December) unless replacement classes need to be scheduled as replacements for public holidays.
  10. Optional programmes such as holiday workshops will be conducted during the school holidays. Separate fees are chargeable for optional programmes during the school holidays.
  11. Unless otherwise stipulated, the centre will be closed for all Singapore gazetted public holidays.
  1. MPA is responsible for the supervision of children while classes are in session.
  2. A 10-minutes grace period after each lesson will be catered for parents who are late in fetching their children. Thereafter, MPA will not assume responsibility for the supervision of children outside of the stipulated time period.
  3. All costs incurred as a result of any damage, injury, loss, expense or liability that may be caused to public and /or private property by the child will be borne by his/her parents/guardians.
  4. MPA owns the copyrights to all intellectual property. Any authorised use of or infringement or copyrights will be dealt with severely and action will be taken.
  5. MPA owns the own the copyrights to our students’ work and compositions completed throughout the duration of the programme.
  6. MPA has the right to reproduce or publish our students’ work for advertising and/or other purposes.
  7. MPA reserves the right to replace or change teacher(s) without prior notice.
  8. MPA reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  9. MPA may use any photos or videos of students taken within the centre’s premises during classes or programmes for marketing and promotions with the permission of the parents of students involved.
